💥 WINDOWS ERROR WORLD 💥

Before the crash, Error.Dog was just a happy white Samoyed who spent his days browsing the early internet on a Windows XP machine. He loved chasing cursors, barking at pop-up ads, and napping inside the My Documents folder.

On the night of October 14, 2003, at exactly 3:47 AM, the machine received a fatal error signal from an unrecognized USB device. The kernel panicked. The system folded in on itself.

Error.Dog was in the middle of downloading a JPEG when the crash hit. Instead of being deleted, he was compressed into the crash dump — and woke up inside The Windows Error World.

Now he roams the corrupted pixel plains, collecting 💎 diamonds — fragments of pure data. He believes that if he collects enough, he can reconstruct EXIT.exe and finally go home.

The Hunters have never caught him. His luck stat is maxed out. Some say he was always meant to be here.

404.Fish was born inside a Windows XP desktop screensaver — the famous "Aquarium" screensaver that millions of office computers ran in the early 2000s. He was the largest, most powerful bass in the virtual tank.

Nobody knew he was sentient. Nobody checked. The screensaver ran for 847 days without interruption on the government machine in the basement.

When the crash happened, the screensaver process was still active. Instead of being terminated, 404.Fish was pulled through the error dump along with Error.Dog and BSOD.Bear.

He now navigates the Error World's RAM streams — rivers of corrupted data that flow between levels. He can sense diamonds from three screens away, and his raw power can smash through corrupted wall segments others can't bypass.

The Hunters call him "The Unfindable." His own name is their greatest irony.

BSOD.Bear has the most unusual origin of the three heroes. He was drawn by an unknown government employee inside MS Paint on Windows 98 — a rough, blocky brown bear sketched during a lunch break in 1999.

The file was never closed. For four years, the paint.exe window sat open on the desktop, behind seventeen other windows, slowly accumulating memory leaks and stray pixels.

When the crash of 2003 hit, BSOD.Bear was the most "loaded" entity on the system — four years of uninterrupted memory allocation had made him dense, heavy, and nearly indestructible.

He emerged into the Error World as a physical force. Hunters that touch him are immediately corrupted and deleted. He moves slowly — but nothing in the Error World can stop him once he starts moving.

He has only one goal: find the EXIT.exe file and crush it into the USB device that started all of this.
